What to expect

From pricing to project award, we want to meet and exceed your expectations. In doing this we appoint a Project Manager and Site Superintendent from the outset to work with the details of your project. This will entail pre-construction meetings, telephone calls with our client, landlords, and consultants to confirm everything is clarified and confirmed prior to construction start. We strive to hit the ground running to delivery your project on time and within budget. We understand the importance of delivering every project within the timing allotted as time lost is revenue lost to our clients. Our Project Manager will be in regular contact with our Site Superintendent daily to manage the day to day activities of the site while coordinating and reporting to the client and consultants. We believe in full transparency among all parties involved to enable in a successful project. On project completion, it is our focus to ensure all deficiencies are completed in a timely manner. We want the stores to be fully operational with minimal disruption. Following our de-mobilization, we provide a comprehensive warranty which will covers our quality, and workmanship.
